Quotes, deposits & payments+
Initial consultations are complimentary and 15 minutes unless stated otherwise. Quotes are estimates until a proposal is accepted. Deposits, balances, taxes and processing terms will appear in your proposal or invoice. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Pastor TJ Music Services does not store full payment-card details.
Cancellations, refunds & changes+
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, overtime and change-request terms vary by engagement and will be stated in the signed agreement. Third-party costs already incurred may be non-refundable.
Results & performance+
Creative, attendance, ministry and commercial outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Samples and testimonials illustrate prior work and are not promises of identical results.
Venue, safety & third parties+
The client is responsible for accurate venue details, permissions, safe working conditions, power, access and any requirements assigned in the agreement. Third-party vendors remain responsible for their own services.
